1. About us
Deposit Saver is a trading name of Operation X Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), providing home cleaning, mobile car valeting, jet washing and property maintenance services across Bristol, UK.
2. Bookings
By booking a service through depositsave.com you confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to grant access to the property or vehicle at the scheduled time. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Memberships are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. One-off services are charged in full at the time of booking. We may adjust prices for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
4. Cancellations & rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel a one-off booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 24 hours, or where our team is denied access on arrival, may be charged in full. Memberships can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
5. Our service
We will perform services with reasonable care and skill. Where a service falls short of the standard described, please notify us within 48 hours and we will return to put it right where reasonably possible. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items that cannot be safely cleaned or treated.
6. Access & safety
You are responsible for providing safe access, working utilities (water and power where required), and removing valuables or fragile items from the work area. We reserve the right to refuse or stop work where conditions are unsafe.
7. Liability
We carry public liability insurance. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service, except where liability cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
8. Deposit guarantee
Our House Refresh Package is designed to help tenants recover their deposit but does not guarantee any specific outcome from a landlord, agent or deposit scheme. Deductions made by third parties are outside our control.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
